The vocational students at our center have taken part in a series of simulated job interviews as part of their preparation for the professional internships they will soon undertake. This exercise, designed to improve communication skills and boost students' confidence, has been a resounding success.
The primary goal has been to prepare students for real job interviews at companies. Through this exercise, students develop key competencies such as personal presentation, the ability to respond to unexpected questions, and the management of stress and nervousness.
Students were accompanied by teachers and tutors who took on the role of interviewers, simulating real-life selection processes. This continuous support is essential to ensure that students receive detailed and constructive feedback after each interview, helping them improve and confidently face future challenges in the job market.
Experiences like this are fundamental in bridging the gap between students and professional reality, equipping them with the necessary tools for success in the workforce. We remain committed to providing them with the best learning and development opportunities!
